Our Team
Dustin Lee
CEO/ Owner Operator (Marine Veteran)
In February 2013, Dustin Lee started Fidelis Sustainability Distribution as the 80% owner, president, and chief executive officer. Mr. Lee is the SBVOSB (Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business) principle. While working in the medical device industry he saw other veteran-owned government procurement partners with little to no inside the industry MedTech experience. As he worked with these companies he saw the need for government contract procurement with both veteran status and actual industry experience to be able to provide an actual needed service to the MedTech industry. In late 2012, Mr. Lee decided that it was time to make things that way they should be again by returning to his roots of leading from the front.
FROM DUSTIN:
“I’m the Veteran Principal at FSD. This isn’t a common government distributorship management theme. I was an operator as a Marine Corps Scout Sniper. I was in Mission planning with high level brass and hours later on the battlefield as an operator. With that said you won’t find arm chair sales and business leadership at FSD. You’ll find us running towards gunfire to serve our customers and all the obstacles that may occur in route will be handled in stride. My experiences to do so started at a young age, from athletics, my Marine Sniper Combat operations in Afghanistan to my leadership role as the principal of Fidelis Sustainability Distribution.
I look forward to showing you how my team and I operate to make you and your team’s lives easier in supporting our customers at all levels. Please reach out to me directly for any needs. See you on the field.”
Jeff Woolcott
Director of Sales (Air Force Veteran)
As the National Sales Director at Fidelis, Jeff Woolcott is the architect of federal sales strategy and tactical deal shaping for 26 medical device OEMs. A premier subject matter expert on the VA’s complex 2237 contracting process, Jeff serves as a direct force multiplier for our partners. He has trained over 500 commercial representatives, transforming professionals with zero government experience into seven-figure federal performers. Operating as a tactical field leader, Jeff frequently joins OEM partners on the front lines, a hands-on approach that has directly secured over $10 million in recent government awards.
Jeff’s relentless execution is rooted in a deep legacy of service. A fourth-generation veteran, he served as a Medic in the U.S. Air Force, demonstrating elite early leadership by achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant at age 23—one of the youngest in the Pacific Air Forces. Following his service, Jeff built a distinguished 20-year career in Fortune 500 medical sales. He ranked #3 nationally at Stryker Surgical, earned the President’s Leadership Award in the top 2% at Wyeth, and drove top-tier market growth for J&J and Zimmer Biomet. Translating decades of elite athletic coaching and military discipline into corporate sales enablement, Jeff ensures our manufacturing partners dominate the VA and DoD enterprise.

Nick Downey
Director of Operations/ Owner Operator (Marine Veteran)
By 2016, Fidelis was scaling rapidly, and the demand for federal distribution required elite operational leadership. Dustin knew exactly who to call. At the time, Nick was serving as the Regional Sales Director for a nearly $1 billion national distribution company. He was deeply entrenched in managing massive corporate logistics and had no reason to leave a highly successful executive career.
However, Dustin and Nick shared a bond forged in the highest-stakes environment imaginable: serving together as Marine Snipers in Afghanistan. Dustin flew to Pennsylvania to present the Fidelis vision. Built on a foundation of absolute, battle-tested trust, Nick evaluated the opportunity with the same calculated precision he applied in the military and corporate sectors. Knowing the mission would support his family and serve his fellow veterans, Nick’s response was immediate: 'Tell me when, and I’ll be there.' > Today, as a veteran part-owner, Nick drives Fidelis’s operations at every level. His unique combination of billion-dollar corporate logistics experience and elite military discipline ensures that every contract Fidelis manages is executed flawlessly, giving our manufacturing partners the ultimate peace of mind.
