History

In 1947, the Lee brothers began a small business in Nevada - WWII veterans, Jennings and Richard Lee, created their company - Lee Brothers Leasing.

Watching and learning from his grandfather and father at a young age, Dustin acquired the skills of leadership and company management.

After graduation from Galena High School, Dustin entered the U.S. Marine Corps. He was accepted into the Marine Sniper Unit. As a Scout Sniper, he was 1 of 4 snipers to help retake the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan in 2001.

Following his years of service with the Marine Corps, Dustin graduated from college in 2008 with a business degree.

Soon after, the Fortune 100 medical device company called Stryker recruited him for a sales position. After spending 5 years in corporate America, Dustin returned to his roots of small business. Using the skills he acquired at a very young age, he launched his own company, naming it Fidelis.

To date, the company has over 80 million dollars in sales throughout 8 different countries. Dustin’s leadership and team-building skills have made Fidelis the success it is today.
